US Medical Online Remote Access provides secure and timely access to
management tools for financial and
billing information. Our remote access offers a flexible solution for the
special needs of physicians and office managers.

Integration With our online
wireless remote access, authorized users can gain direct, secure access to all
practice data over the internet. This means you can generate reports and view
practice data from wherever you are. The application is a read-only snapshot
of the data and will not modify any information in our system.
Remote Views: US Medical offers many features
that make it easy to view critical performance feedback at the appropriate
level of detail for each user. These include:
- Alert notices for measures falling out of bounds as defined by you, with
E-mail notification to you or your staff.
- Summary reports of any weaknesses and potential problems
- Charts and graphs which show trends for important measures for your
practice.
- Detailed reports with drill down capability to view each patient account
Security: US Medical offers secure access to
authorized users from any web browser connected to the internet. This means
there is no requirement to purchase or install special hardware, software or
telecommunications to access billing and account information. All that is
needed is a PC with a connection to the internet. US Medical will handle the
rest. We have implemented security policy, procedure and application
features to ensure that all client data is transferred, stored and accessed
in a secure environment that protects all confidential and proprietary
information. We support 128 bit SSL encryption, which is the highest level
currently available.
Tools: Authorized users can directly access
all patient account detail and history, including encounters, charges,
payments, adjustments, comments, billing history and account summary.
Confidential patient information can also be eliminated from the data base.
Other account information such as referral authorization, insurance status,
statement history and collection history are also available.
