Integration

With our online wireless remote access, authorized users can gain direct, secure access to all practice data over the internet. This means you can generate reports and view practice data from wherever you are. The application is a read-only snapshot of the data and will not modify any information in our system.

Security:

US Medical offers secure access to authorized users from any web browser connected to the internet. This means there is no requirement to purchase or install special hardware, software or telecommunications to access billing and account information. All that is needed is a PC with a connection to the internet. US Medical will handle the rest. We have implemented security policy, procedure and application features to ensure that all client data is transferred, stored and accessed in a secure environment that protects all confidential and proprietary information. We support 128 bit SSL encryption, which is the highest level currently available.

Tools:

Authorized users can directly access all patient account detail and history, including encounters, charges, payments, adjustments, comments, billing history and account summary. Confidential patient information can also be eliminated from the data base. Other account information such as referral authorization, insurance status, statement history and collection history are also available.

AGING REPORTS:

Aging Summary by Billing Code
	Provides a one-line aging summary for current, 30, 60, 90 and 120+ days aging amounts. Gives aging amounts by patient category.

Date-Accurate Aging Reports
	Provides aging information as of any past end of period date. Includes eight reports for patients and primary, secondary and tertiary insurance carriers.

Limited Period Aging Reports
	Three reports include only patients whose balances are over 30 days, over 60 days or over 90 days old. Patients with balances less than these thresholds are eliminated from the report.

Patient Aging Sorted by Account Balance
	Helps direct collection efforts to the patients with highest account balances.
